If it was uneventful....you're not alone. Mine was, too.
Woke up around 6 am, made an easy breakfast...Light soy latte and an English muffin.
Laced up my shoes and went for a 5 mile run (47 minutes). Seemed easier to run in the weather I'm used to....high 40's-mid 50's.
Hubby went for a 42 mile bike ride.
When I got home, I fired up the Vitamix and made a smoothie.
In the mix:
- non fat plain yogurt
- splash of OJ
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- flax seed
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 3 frozen strawberries
- 3 frozen pitted dark cherries
- 1 scoop Sun Warrior protein powder
- handful of spinach
And I took in some of the sights and smells of the holiday Monday.

How about now?....and here's our neighbor's backyard. They were having a graduation party for their son...
I taught STEP in the afternoon and stayed for Body PUMP afterwards.
...pretty uneventful.
I'm making a grocery list for this week. Then teaching ATTACK tonight.
Hubby has something awesome planned for tomorrow.....can't wait!
Hehe I ran my first ever half marathon over the Memorial Day weekend so it was pretty eventful for me ;) I'm jealous of that weather! I love making smoothies too but lately after running in the heat, I just want to chug some cold Vitamin Water!
