Change is Good

Hello everyone!!! How's your Thursday morning?

It's been quiet around here especially now that DD has left.

Work has been slightly modified this week. One of the gals switched days with me so instead of Monday STEP, I'll be teaching on Thursdays. We also found out that the gym will get rid of the LM BodySTEP program and we will have to revamp it with a free style STEP incorporating some strength training as well. Will see how that all works out since our members really love Les Mills.

I also tried a *test* run yesterday and made it to about a mile and a half until my knees started hurting again and I didn't want to make it worse. So I made the final decision to sit out the Scenic Half in Sandpoint (in 2 weeks) as well as the Spokane HM in October. It's very disappointing but I'll survive this self-imposed running hiatus.

So this is how this week's workout looks:

Monday - RPM
Tuesday - BodyPUMP / BodyATTACK
Wednesday - rest
Thursday - BodySTEP
Friday - Zumba or RPM
Saturday - BodySTEP / BodyATTACK
Sunday - rest

On a different note..... so excited for a long awaited trip coming up.

Any guesses where we're going????
