Good Thursday morning! One more get up and it's the weekend!!!
We are launching the new Les Mills routine this Saturday as well as Zumba at the gym. I am so excited every time we launch, it's a lot of FUN! Participants get a chance to "try a little" of every group fitness class and decide what *suits* them or even just to try something different.
