Yesterday was hubby's day off and we did the usual thing that we always do on his day off (clean those thoughts, now).. We did nothing.
I know we must be weird but we love just spending time together at home with Smalls.....whether that's him going for long walks with little Smallsie or him and I sweatin' it out doing P90x. Even just catching up on DVR shows is fun.
It doesn't matter. We're content. We like it.
- arugula leaves
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
- 1/4 cup pine nuts
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 T rice vinegar
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 large avocado, peeled, pitted and sliced
Paired with Sobe life water - Yumberry Pomegranate -- it was yummy!!
I also had some about a tablespoon of peanut butter before I left to teach Body Attack.
