Mine is pretty uneventful except for a scheduled dentist appointment (cleaning) the other day.
Otherwise, more of the usual: GTL ---> Gym, Training, Laundry....bwahaha!
The other day, I made a smoothie that tasted more like a milkshake. It was gooood especially on *hot* summer days or for breakfast.
Coffee Crunch Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups skim milk (or milk of choice)
- 2 scoops of Click espresso protein powder
- 1 frozen banana
- 2 tbsp. cacao nibs
- 1 tbsp. flax seed
- Option: add 2 tbsp. whole almonds
3 days 'til next half-marathon!
