Coffee Crunch Smoothie

Hi friends <3! How's your week going?

Mine is pretty uneventful except for a scheduled dentist appointment (cleaning) the other day. 

Otherwise, more of the usual: GTL ---> Gym, Training, Laundry....bwahaha!

The other day, I made a smoothie that tasted more like a milkshake. It was gooood especially on *hot* summer days or for breakfast.

Coffee Crunch Smoothie

Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 cups skim milk (or milk of choice)
  • 2 scoops of Click espresso protein powder
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 tbsp. cacao nibs
  • 1 tbsp. flax seed
  • Option: add 2 tbsp. whole almonds

3 days 'til next half-marathon!
