Dinner for New Years was Sausage-Rigatoni using THIS recipe.
So far, I'm off to a good start. I made a batch of THESE last night and had some for breakfast this morning with the usual double shot light soy latte.
While I was going through my Google Reader this morning, I saw that The Chic Life is having a challenge ----> An Eat In Month Challenge.....and I always love me a *one of those* so I am doing it for the month of January. If you want to play along, rules are on her blog so check it out.
She inspired me to clean out my pantry and while doing so....I went ahead and started cooking dinner for tonight ----- Seafood Cioppino.
Workout this week looks like this:
Monday - Body STEP and Core X
Tuesday - Body PUMP and Body Attack
Wednesday - RPM
Thursday - Body PUMP and Zumba
Friday - Core X and Run
Saturday - Body STEP
Sunday - Rest/Easy Run/Yoga
