Leap Day

Pin It
We were blanketed with more snow this morning --- 6-8 inches expected today and more towards the end of the week!

{Smalls says Hi!}

At least I don't have to go in to work today ---

----- and we're well stocked with food and groceries, so we're good if we end up getting buried in snow ☹.
Like these mangoes that hubby picked up from Costco.
[reminds me of mangoes we had in the Philippines]
And here's some dinners from the last couple o'nights.
Marinated Salmon with Asparagus with Pine Nuts

Bison Meatloaf with Mushrooms and Bell Peppers with a side of salad

And I saw this recipe the other day that I've been wanting to try [from Flat Belly Diet Cookbook]

... so I did and it turned out really good!!!
Best-for-Last Chocolate Mousse
awesomeness.

Working on choreo today here at home, otherwise not much planned.

'talk to you soon!

Words to live by:
In truth a family is what you make it. It is made strong, not by number of heads counted at the dinner table, but by the rituals you help family members create, by the memories you share, by the commitment of time, caring, and love you show to one another, and by the hopes for the future you have as individuals and as a unit.
