I've been working on getting my mileage up to get ready for See Jane Run which is in about 3 weeks. I did 8 miles on the TM the other morning which wasn't bad but wasn't my best either. It's tough to train for a HM when teaching at the gym at the same time.

I'm going for 6 miles this morning and teaching Body Attack tonight --- so no happy hour ☹.Rewind to last night's dinner.
