After seeing the blanket of white this morning, I decided to make a
Sour Cream Apple Coffee Cake (adapted from Runner's World)
So good with coffee!
Flashback to last night --- We went to look at Christmas lights!
I don't know if people are lazy or just don't want to bother ... but there aren't very many houses that put up Christmas lights anymore --- that includes us. I think people are busier and don't want the hassle --- that's our excuse at least.
And today, we headed out to the mall to check out last minute "deals" and maybe scope out any hints of after-Christmas sales. No luck. But it was just as good to look at all the sights and sounds of the season.
