Filipino Soul Food

I thought I'd share with you some of the great dishes I was able to *gobble* up while I was in Cali....
these are some of my faves and my mom and my aunts (she has 5 sisters) are all great cooks from their province in the Philippines. It reminds me of my culture, where I came from and the feeling of "hominess" (totally a word) and comfort inside.
