Move of the Month (January 2011)

Good Thursday *hump* day to everyone!
Had to get up extra early this morning for a 7 am dental appointment. Everything is good in the teeth department, although I am interested in "teeth whitening" - maybe when my Invisalign is done (sigh).

Has anyone had professional teeth whitening before?
As we get older, it gets worse especially with the coffee (my only vice), tea and other stuff we consume that can stain teeth.

Dinner last night was pan-fried tilapia with homemade tartar sauce (option: salsa).

I also had 3 tart apples to get rid of so I made Apple Crisp last night (my only baking for the week).
---- trying to keep my NYR.

Every month, I will be posting a monthly workout and "move of the month". And since I'm still working on the workout routine, here's the MOM (Move of the Month) for January.

It's called the "Inchworm Stretch" - great for stretching the hamstrings and lower back.
(Always check with a heath care professional before starting any exercise regimen).
...try 2 sets of 8 reps to start off.

For my DD, who was having a "stressful" day yesterday, this is for you....

  1. Oooh I've never heard of an inchworm stretch but this is perfect, I need it because my hammies are TIGHT today!
