Mileage up, mileage down

Hi! I *karate chopped* 8 miles on Wednesday. I planned on 6 but felt really good so I just continued on until I hit mile 8. Then I'll start to taper next week getting ready for Bloomsday.

Post-run protein smoothie.

I also rolled my feet on this foot roller "thingy" that I keep in the freezer (in a ziplock, of course)

then iced my knees.

Today, I did 5 miles before I had to go to the gym. I'm gonna be busy all day trying to get ready for a brunch that I will tell you all about on Monday.

In the meantime, I just wanted to say Hi! and I hope you all enjoy the weekend!
