Back In Time

Last night, hubby and I went to the Spokane Interstate Fair to check out the happenings --- and by happenings, I mean fair food, critters and carnies.

But first, we stopped at Subway to share an oven roasted chicken sandwich ... 

5, 5 dollah, 5 dollah footlong, baby!

 ....and we had to taste the Huckleberry ice cream when we got to the fair.

 We apparently got the *memo* to wear purple last night.

But we were really there to go "back in time" --- 

The '80's!!!!

Huey Lewis and the News opened with "Heart of Rock n' Roll"

...and encored with "Power of Love".

Eventhough I forgot my neon and lace outfit, we had a lot of fun and enjoyed the concert ---- maybe because it was finished by 8:30--- in time for "our bedtime"....baha! 

What was your favorite decade?

Mine is definitely the '80's. Loved the music, the crazy fashion but not and the hair. Everything old is new again, have you noticed?
