Sushi, Shopping and Slots

Back from Vegas, yes, again! It was our 2nd trip in 4 weeks ---- only because hubby had a meeting to attend and I tagged along with him [twist my arm].

Remember when I said I didn't like staying in the hotels "on the strip"? Well, if your company is paying for it, I'm always willing to try it out so I can at least "review" it ☺. This time we stayed at the Wynn hotel. It was such a beautiful and impressive hotel. We've stayed in most of the casino hotels on and off the strip and the Wynn, by far, has been the *best* (so far)!
The lobby
Casino floor
Hallway to rooms
We were upgraded to the Resort King Deluxe room
Big, huge floor length mirror -- to stare at yourself
Bathroom
Sink/Vanity
 ...with a TV in bathroom
Toilet --- with phone, of course, in case you need to make an emergency phone call
Bathroom necessities
Snacks -- tray is magnetized, so be careful
Cool controls -- for everything!
No need to hang a door sign -- it's all digital

Our view - ceiling to floor windows.

During the day
......at night
The fitness center was $15 a day for us but I didn't use it except for one day when it was included with my massage appointment. It was "packed" the day that I went for a run on the TM so I didn't want to be a "creeper" and start taking pictures while everyone was working out.
Ladies' dressing room in the spa
The spa had a whirlpool, sauna, steam room while the massage was at a different section.
I had the 80 minute "Good Luck" massage and it was wonderful and a nice treat from hubby!

GAMING:
My new favorite besides Haywire is Red Hot 7s Respin

Hubby played a lot of *Craps* and we also played *Casino War*. At the end of the trip, we pretty much came out "even" or maybe just a little bit ahead.

We also saw Tommy Hilfiger during our last night. He was accompanying his wife who was playing slots on the casino floor. He was pretending not to be interested but I'm sure he wanted to sit down and play, too.

EATS:
Sushi at Makino

Thai at Lotus of Siam

And we gambled enough to earn 2 free buffets to the Wynn....so you guessed right,
...our last dinner was at the Wynn.
Kobe meatloaf, Quinoa corn cakes, Naan bread, Lamb, cereal crusted fried chicken
Hubby's plate --- we tried to have a bite or two of dishes that were new to us
Dessert plate

My verdict: The Buffet was NOT as good as Wicked Spoon (in The Cosmopolitan). I didn't think it was worth $40, {eventhough we earned ours for FREE}. If you're a little budget conscious but still want to experience a good buffet, I would go to the Bellagio instead. But hands down, I'd say The Wicked Spoon is the best casino buffet in Las Vegas [right now].

SHOPPING: Got a lot of awesome deals from Banana Republic at the The Premium Outlets. They were having an extra 40% off all clearance items and the same at The Gap. So if you're still looking for "summer" outfits for next year, now's the time to hit up the sales.

It was another great trip to Vegas but by far, I'd say this trip rates high up there as far as FUN!!!!

'can't wait to get back....having trigger finger withdrawals already.
