Dinner Sunday: Pork and Black Bean Stew served over rice
Dinner Monday: Quick and Easy Open Burrito
Snackage after 5 mile run on Tuesday: Energy smoothie
..clearly...I'm still in the Hawaiian "state of mind"
Dinner Tuesday was California Bacon Burger but since hubby made it, I didn't get to take a picture since I was staaarving after getting home from Body Attack.
Lunch today was salad made fom leftovers from Monday's Open Burrito
Tonight's menu will be Pan "fried" Catfish w/ Green Beans on the side....
