It was a nice day today in Spokaloo, highs in the 80's again....
...woke up and my legs felt like lead...just didn't feel like running today....but after a whole grain pancake breakfast with blueberries, I mustered up enough energy to go ahead and do it. Besides, I only had 5 miles to do today.
..wasn't too bad... 5 miles in 46:54 (best time for 5 miles for me).
Got home and did 20 minutes of yoga....
...then made a Chocolate Cherry Smoothie afterwards....
- 1/1/2 cups Silk soy chocolate milk
- 1 scoop vanilla Sun Warrior
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/4 cup frozen cherries
- 1 Tablespoon Chia seeds
- 1/4 filtered water and ice
...more practicing this afternoon for launch at gym this weekend.
