I was webcam'ing my DD last night and we talked for about an hour and a half just about "silly stuff"...you know.....

DD and I are very close (I'd like to think so). We like a lot of the same things and most of the time, we make each other laugh!
Are you close to your kids? teenagers?
Oh, don't get me wrong, she had her "moments" especially as a young teen but she's matured a lot and has learned so much throughout the years (as have I).
So this morning, my hip felt better. I plan on foam rolling a bit more today.
I've been busy trying to put together a Boot Camp class that I will be teaching on Monday, so I'll most likely finalize my choreo today. I also found out that I will be doing Saturday morning Body STEP again (woo-hoo!). I love doing the Saturday early morning workout ~ it forces me to get up early and get r' done. Plus you have the rest of the day to do other stuff....
And honestly, my P90x adventure has been on the wayside. I try to do it when I can but I'm not as dedicated to the schedule as I should be ....one word...."overtraining". I know when to listen to my body and when to back off.

So today, instead of Tony Horton's Yoga (which is 90 minutes), I chose a Grounding Afternoon Yoga Practice from YogaYak.com.
Aaaahhh, much better.
All, in all, today was moderately productive....gotta get dinner going.
There's a Gonzaga basketball game tonight and of course, American Idol, The Office and CSI..my DVR will be busy!
